This page features drone-captured imagery of the Blue River, north of Silverthorne, Colorado. A tributary of the Colorado River, the Blue River runs for 65 miles and offers Gold Medal waters for fly fishing downstream of Dillon Reservoir, where water from the Colorado River Basin is stored before being sent through the Continental Divide to supply Denver. The Blue meets the Colorado near Kremmling (see this page for images/footage of the Blue/Colorado confluence).
